About ICOCT 2025
2025 5th International Conference on Optics and Communication Technology(ICOCT 2025) will be held on June 20-22, 2025 in Harbin, China. The aim as well as objective of ICOCT 2025 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Optics and Communication Technology Research topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields.

Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICOCT 2025 will be published by Conference Proceedings , it will be submitted to EI, Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
